1. Single screw extruder machine:
(1) Screw diameter: 45-65mm; L/D: 28:1; Material: 38CrMoAIA;
Surface treatment: nitrogenization treatment, nitrogenization layer
thickness: 0.4~0.7mm; Hardness:HV850~940;
(2) Special speed reducer gearbox: gear material 20CrMnTi (Hard
tooth surface, with grinding);

Temperature control meter: intelligent double PID type;
(4) Heating control zone: 7 zone (barrel 4 zone, extruding die 3

2. Extruding die:
It consists of extruding die head and calibration die, Special
S136H mirror surface steel for dies;
3. 3 dimensional electric driven cooling calibration tank:
3D adjusting machine frame, with12-way vacuum, 12-way cooling water
joint, which is quite general;
Water-loop type vacuum pump 1.5KW;
Water tank length: 1.5~3meters.
4. Belt type haul off unit:
Open-close, up-down adjusting, workable length 1meter,constant
stable tractor, high wear-resistant surface foamed PU multi-wedge
belt, frequency conversion controller, tractor speed 0-15m/minute
stepless adjustable. Power: 1.5~3KW.
5. Automatic cutter with collection stand:
Pneumatic cutter machine, alloy blade, with blade heating device,
neat cut end, without white mark;
Automatic meter counting, automatic reciprocating platform, online
cutting positioning precisely;
with collection stand, finish cutting and collection automatically,
high automation.

After Sales Service
1. After the machines are finished, the seller will test all
machines before shipment. If the buyer can not come to test the machine,
we will test the machines and send the sample to buyer.
2..After shipment, the seller will send one or two technicians to the buyer's factory to help the buyer install the machine and train
workers for buyer.
3. We will supply all electricity drawing, machine installation
drawing.
4. When make shipment, we will put some spare electricity parts for free, like the barrel hearers, thermcouples, breakers, relays,
and other items which is easier broken.
